There was a time when I sat down and wrote and maintained a blog on the daily.  I think I started in 2008 and shut it down in 2019ish.  She was “A View from Dee Park” for awhile and then morphed into a fashion/lifestyle place called “Shoes to Shiraz”.  I met so many amazing women in the fashion blogging community and travelled all over with them.

While blogging is not really the go-to method of creative expression anymore…I mean, I could learn to dance on TikTok…I do find that I miss writing. documenting. story weaving.

And I’ve clearly been communicating far too much with my teens and have forgotten how to capitalize.

But here I am again. Putting words down on the web, not in hopes that they go viral but more so for my creative spirit.  Or maybe it’s just a way to combat the brain fog.

either way, I’m here. I’m back.
